In November 2022, underprivileged students from a local school shared their families' financial struggles.
Wanting to help, 1 explored small-scale hydroponics using recycled materials—an idea rooted in India's agricultural strength.
2023
The first six months went into testing prototypes with plastic bottles. These simple units proved that sustainable farming could be accessible with minimal resources. This plastic bottle project became our foundation.
2024
Over the next year and a half, we refined designs, tested new materials, and built more efficient systems. The focus moved from proof-of-concept to stable, income-generating models with community participation.
2025
By 2025, the project grew into a structured initiative. Beyond building units, we began empowering communities with skills. What started with plastic bottles became a sustainable model for income and
change.
VISION
In the first six months, we built prototypes from plastic bottles, proving that sustainable farming can start small—this project became our foundation.
TRANSIT
By 2025, our project evolved into a structured initiative—transforming plastic-bottle prototypes into a sustainable model that empowers communities with skills and income.

IDEA
In Nov 2022, inspired by underprivileged students’ struggles, I began exploring small-scale hydroponics with recycled materials—rooted in India’s farming heritage.
CHANGE
Over 18 months, we refined designs and materials, evolving from prototypes to stable, income-generating models with community involvement.
